About the Journal
Business System & Innovation Journal (BSIJ) is an open-access scholarly journal focusing on integrated business systems, innovation, and digital transformation across various types of organizations, both in the public and private sectors. The journal publishes empirical research articles, case studies, and conceptual papers addressing the design and optimization of business processes, the use of information technology and business information systems, organizational strategy and performance, human resource management, leadership and organizational change, governance and sustainability, as well as data analysis for business decision-making.
Published by Yayasan Fathurrahman in Tembilahan, Indonesia, BSIJ aims to serve as a platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to exchange ideas and research findings relevant to the development of more effective, innovative, and sustainable management practices and business systems. Through a rigorous peer-review process and an open-access policy without Article Processing Charges (APC), the journal promotes broad dissemination of knowledge that can be freely accessed by scholarly communities and practitioners at local, national, and global levels.
Current Issue
Business System & Innovation Journal (BSIJ) Volume 1, Number 1, contains five peer-reviewed articles authored by eleven contributors. This issue brings together works from Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang, Universitas Riau, Universitas Lancang Kuning, Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Bangkinang, Universitas Brawijaya, and Universitas Islam Negeri Alauddin Makassar, with a focus on business systems, innovation, and digital transformation in various organizational contexts.
