Business System & Innovation Journal (BSIJ) is an open-access scholarly journal focusing on integrated business systems, innovation, and digital transformation across various types of organizations, both in the public and private sectors. The journal publishes empirical research articles, case studies, and conceptual papers addressing the design and optimization of business processes, the use of information technology and business information systems, organizational strategy and performance, human resource management, leadership and organizational change, governance and sustainability, as well as data analysis for business decision-making.

Published by Yayasan Fathurrahman in Tembilahan, Indonesia, BSIJ aims to serve as a platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to exchange ideas and research findings relevant to the development of more effective, innovative, and sustainable management practices and business systems.
