Focus and Scope
Business System & Innovation Journal (BSIJ) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal that advances theoretical and practical understanding of how business systems, digital technologies, organizational capabilities, and innovation interact to shape organizational performance and sustainable development.
The journal provides an interdisciplinary platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to examine the design, integration, transformation, and governance of business systems across private, public, and nonprofit organizations. Particular attention is given to research that explains how organizations use technology, data, managerial practices, and strategic innovation to improve operational effectiveness, decision-making, adaptability, resilience, and competitiveness.
BSIJ welcomes empirical studies, conceptual papers, case studies, literature reviews, and interdisciplinary research employing quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods. Submissions should provide clear theoretical, methodological, managerial, or policy contributions and demonstrate their relevance to contemporary business and organizational challenges.
